01 Information We Collect
We collect the information you submit through our contact form, which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, how you heard about us, and details about your project.
We do not collect personal data from visitors other than the information you voluntarily submit.
02 How We Process Form Submissions
Form submissions are processed directly by us and stored securely in our database.
To deliver your message to our inbox, contact form submissions are transmitted through Resend, an email delivery service operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
To protect our forms from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions are made by humans. Cloudflare processes limited data (such as your IP address) for this purpose under their own privacy policy.
We process this information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
03 Data Retention
We store only the data you submit in our contact form in our database. We take data confidentiality seriously and purge that data periodically.
04 Use of Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, evaluate projects, and provide estimates.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
05 Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide.
06 Third-Party Services
We use third-party vendors (such as our email delivery service) that operate under their own separate privacy policies. Notably, we use Resend (operated by Plus Five Five, Inc.) to deliver contact form submissions; see their privacy policy. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions are made by humans; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Our analytics service runs on our own infrastructure. Links on this site to external websites (such as GitHub or GitLab) are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.
08 Your Rights
Residents of the EU/EEA may access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting us, in accordance with the GDPR. Please note that your information may be transferred outside the EEA (for example, to the United States) when we deliver it through our email delivery service.
In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), we disclose our online privacy practices in this policy — what we collect, how it's used, and how to contact us about it.
California residents also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, access, correct, or delete their personal information, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share your personal information.
