Mark Horninger — Member & Principal Engineer
Mark brings over 20 years of software engineering leadership to Dominion Solutions. He's led engineering teams, managed six-figure budgets, and was designated as CTO successor at FinPay LLC where he led a major platform rewrite and implemented medical payments systems.
As Principal Architect at Robbins MFG, Mark designed and built a national eCommerce platform with multi-tenant theming, subscription billing integration, and marketing automation. At Iteris Inc., he architected traffic management systems and built Docker Swarm infrastructure for large deployments.
Mark's superpower: Taking half-broken codebases—AI-generated prototypes, rushed MVPs, or years-old legacy systems—and transforming them into maintainable, production-grade applications. Specialties: Laravel/PHP, AWS architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and HIPAA-compliant system design.

Kelli Horninger — Member & Director of Operations
Kelli brings 25+ years of customer service excellence from organizations including Ritz-Carlton and American Express Global Business Travel. She manages billing, project coordination, and client relationships—ensuring every client receives white-glove service.
Kelli's approach: Hospitality-level service applied to software consulting. Clear communication, no jargon, and real accountability.
